2. Booking Terms and Conditions
All bookings can be made via our website form, telephone, WhatsApp, or similar
communication channels. For each group, we create an individual program tailored to
their schedule and wishes. After booking confirmation, we provide a detailed itinerary
including dates, times, meeting points, and full information for each activity.
Accommodation
Stagreisen s.r.o. does not sell accommodation directly to customers but can assist
and recommend stag-friendly hotels or apartments.

3. Payment Conditions
After the customer confirms the reservation, Stagreisen s.r.o. will send a proposed
schedule with dates and times. Once everything is confirmed and fits the customer’s
requirements, we will issue an invoice for a deposit payment of 10% of the total
amount. This deposit is refundable if the customer cancels the reservation up to 3
weeks before arrival.
We always request final confirmation 3 weeks before arrival. Until that time:

• Reservations can be cancelled without any extra fees
• The number of participants can be changed freely without penalties

After receiving the final confirmation, we issue the invoice for the final payment. The
total amount must be paid at least 2 weeks before the group’s arrival.
During the high season (April, May, June), Stagreisen s.r.o. may request final
confirmation 4 weeks before arrival.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

The easiest method of payment is by bank transfer, which does not incur any
additional service fees. Please note that international transactions may take 3–5
working days to process.

Wise Payment
Instant payment via Wise is available, with an additional 3% fee of the total amount.

4. Insurance
Stagreisen s.r.o. does not provide any insurance. Please ensure that you have
adequate travel insurance from your own country, including coverage for participation
in any extreme or adventure activities.

5. Disclaimers
At the first meeting, our guide will ask the entire group to carefully read our
Declaration. If anything is unclear or if there are any questions, participants should
ask the guide or contact us for clarification.
The Declaration explains how the group should behave towards our guides and
during all activities. Stagreisen s.r.o. does not accept any responsibility for the
amount of alcohol consumed or the consequences thereof. We are also not
responsible for theft of property or injuries.
Signing this form is mandatory for participation in the activities. Failure to sign will
result in automatic non-participation in the activity, and any payments made will not
be refunded.
